Fire fox no longer compatible with long standing programs like my bank?

I have used Firefox for over 15 years and recently my bank updated its site and now Its no longer compatible with Firefox.  They advised me to start using another browser??? I need to talk with someone from Firefox about this

You can file compatibility issues

- via the 'Report broken site' option (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/report-breakage-due-blocking) (Send technical and interaction data to Mozilla must be enabled)

- on webcompat.com (https://webcompat.com/issues/new), esp. if you want to include a screenshot)
